Terms and Conditions

Full Cart

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fullcartltd.com (the “Website”) and purchases of footwear and related products from FullCart Ltd (“FullCart”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website or placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the version of these Terms applying at the time your order is accepted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides any statutory or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. About FullCart Ltd

1.1 FullCart Ltd operates an online retail footwear business. We may use third-party manufacturers, distributors, overseas suppliers, warehouses, fulfilment providers and shipping carriers to source, store, pack and deliver products.

1.2 Unless we clearly state otherwise, the seller under your purchase contract is FullCart Ltd. A product being dispatched by a third-party supplier or fulfilment centre does not by itself transfer our legal responsibilities as seller.

1.3 Customer-service enquiries should be sent to support@fullcartltd.com.

2. Changes to These Terms

2.1 We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business, footwear range, suppliers, fulfilment arrangements, Website, technology, applicable law or regulatory requirements.

2.2 Updated Terms take effect when published unless a later date is stated. We will not normally apply changes retrospectively to orders already accepted, except where required by law or where the change benefits you.

2.3 The version in force when your order is accepted will normally govern that order.

3. Eligibility and Permitted Use

3.1 You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement where required by law.

3.2 You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to commit fraud, distribute malware or spam, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person, submit knowingly false information, or scrape or extract data at scale without permission.

3.3 We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or a material breach of these Terms.

4. Accounts

4.1 Some features may require an account. You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated.

4.2 You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

4.3 Tell us promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been used without authorisation.

5. Footwear Product Information

5.1 We take reasonable care to describe footwear accurately, including style, size options, colour, materials and other key characteristics. Product photographs are illustrative and actual colour or finish may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing batches or supplier updates.

5.2 Minor non-material differences in stitching, texture, shade, packaging, logos on packaging, insole print or other small manufacturing details may occur between production batches. This does not permit a material substitution or misdescription.

5.3 Product names such as “leather”, “suede”, “vegan”, “water-resistant”, “waterproof”, “running”, “orthopaedic”, “non-slip” or similar descriptions will be used only where supported by the relevant product information. Unless expressly stated, footwear is not medical equipment and we do not provide medical or podiatric advice.

5.4 Where a shoe is supplied in a brand or manufacturer box, the box may be shipped inside protective packaging or may show reasonable signs of transit handling. Where original packaging is materially important to a product listing, this will be stated.

5.5 Product availability is not guaranteed. Adding footwear to your basket does not reserve stock.

6. Shoe Sizing, Fit and Size Conversions

6.1 Shoe sizing is not fully standardised across brands, factories or countries. A stated UK, EU, US or other regional size may fit differently between styles, even where the numerical size appears equivalent.

6.2 Any size chart, centimetre measurement, foot-length guide or international size conversion shown on the Website is intended to help you choose a size. Unless expressly guaranteed, conversions are approximate because different manufacturers may use different lasts and tolerances.

6.3 You should review the size information on the specific product page before ordering rather than relying solely on your usual shoe size.

6.4 Where available, we may describe a style as narrow, standard, wide, small-fitting, large-fitting or similar. Such descriptions are general guidance and individual fit remains subjective.

6.5 Choosing an unsuitable size or fit does not remove any statutory cancellation right you may have. It may, however, be treated as a change-of-mind return rather than a fault where the footwear matches its description and supplied measurements.

7. Orders and Contract Formation

7.1 Before placing an order, you will have an opportunity to review the footwear, selected size and colour, delivery details, price and total amount payable and to correct input errors.

7.2 Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

7.3 A binding contract is formed when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or when we dispatch the relevant product, whichever first clearly indicates acceptance.

7.4 If an order contains multiple pairs or products, acceptance and dispatch may occur separately for each item.

7.5 We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons including lack of stock, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, sanctions or export restrictions, or inability to deliver to the address supplied.

7.6 If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item using the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required by law.

8. Prices, Currency and Payment

8.1 Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the Website. The currency applying to your purchase will be displayed before you place the order.

8.2 Where UK law applies, prices shown to consumers will include unavoidable taxes and mandatory charges where required by law. Delivery charges and other permitted variable charges will be shown before you place the order.

8.3 If you pay in a different currency from your card or account currency, your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or conversion fee.

8.4 We may change prices for future orders at any time. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.

8.5 If a price is obviously incorrect because of a genuine technical or administrative error and the error could reasonably have been recognised, we may reject or cancel the affected order before fulfilment and refund any payment taken, subject to applicable law.

8.6 Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use your selected payment method.

9. Taxes, Customs Duties and Import Charges

9.1 International orders may be subject to VAT, sales tax, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling charges or similar charges in the destination country.

9.2 Where such charges are collected by us at checkout, this will be stated. Unless checkout expressly states that duties and import charges are included, you may be responsible for charges collected on import to the extent permitted by law.

9.3 You are responsible for checking whether the footwear or related product may lawfully be imported into your destination country. We may cancel an order if we become aware of a legal or carrier restriction.

9.4 Customs processing times and decisions are outside our direct control, but this does not exclude any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Dropshipping, Fulfilment and Split Shipments

10.1 Some footwear may be dispatched directly from third-party suppliers or fulfilment centres, including facilities outside the United Kingdom or outside your delivery country.

10.2 The dispatch location, carrier and packaging may therefore differ between products and may differ from the location of FullCart Ltd.

10.3 An order containing more than one pair or accessory may be split into separate parcels and arrive on different dates. You will not be charged extra solely because we choose to split an order unless this was clearly agreed.

10.4 We remain your point of contact for customer-service issues concerning an order purchased from us, even where a supplier or fulfilment partner physically dispatches the goods.

11. Shipping and Delivery

11.1 We deliver to the countries and territories made available at checkout. Availability may change.

11.2 Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided in good faith but may vary according to supplier location, destination, customs processing, local carriers, peak periods and events outside our reasonable control.

11.3 Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Where mandatory consumer law requires delivery within a particular period, we will comply with that requirement.

11.4 You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If an error supplied by you causes a return or redelivery, we may charge reasonable additional costs where permitted by law.

11.5 If an order appears materially delayed, lost or damaged in transit, contact support@fullcartltd.com as soon as reasonably possible so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law or our published policy.

12. Risk and Ownership

12.1 For consumer sales, risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to take physical possession, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

12.2 Ownership passes after we have received full payment and any other applicable legal conditions have been satisfied.

13. UK Distance-Selling Cancellation Rights

13.1 If you are a UK consumer buying goods online, you will generally have a legal right to cancel many purchases within 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods, subject to statutory exceptions.

13.2 If your order is delivered in separate lots or pieces, the statutory cancellation period may run from receipt of the final lot or piece where applicable.

13.3 To exercise a cancellation right, you must make a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may contact us at support@fullcartltd.com. A reason is not required where a statutory cancellation right applies.

13.4 You must return cancelled goods within the period required by applicable law. Contact support@fullcartltd.com for the applicable return instructions. Where the law requires us to provide or bear return costs, we will do so.

13.5 We may make a lawful deduction from a refund for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

13.6 Customers outside the UK may have different or additional cancellation rights under mandatory local law. Those rights are not reduced by these Terms.

14. Trying On Footwear and Statutory Cancellation Returns

14.1 To preserve the condition of footwear during a change-of-mind period, we recommend trying shoes on indoors, on a clean and dry surface, for no longer than reasonably necessary to assess size, fit, appearance and comfort.

14.2 Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, footwear should normally be returned with any original box, tags, inserts, laces and accessories supplied, where these are still available and where requiring them is lawful.

14.3 Outdoor wear, visible sole wear, creasing or scuffing caused by extended use, staining, odour, pet hair, water damage, alteration, washing, repair attempts or other handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess the goods may reduce the value of the footwear. Where the law allows, a proportionate deduction may be made from a refund to reflect diminished value.

14.4 We will not treat reasonable indoor trying-on as use that automatically removes a statutory cancellation right.

14.5 FullCart Ltd does not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or refunds beyond the minimum rights required by applicable consumer law. This does not affect any statutory cancellation, rejection, refund, repair or replacement right that applies to you.

15. Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Misdescribed Footwear

15.1 For UK consumers, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. Statutory remedies for faulty goods are separate from any voluntary change-of-mind policy.

15.2 If footwear arrives damaged, defective, materially misdescribed, incorrect in size or colour compared with the order, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal standards, contact us promptly with your order details.

15.3 If you report footwear as defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, we may reasonably ask you to provide clear photographs or video showing the issue, together with your order number and other relevant details such as the size label, soles and packaging. Evidence is used to assess the claim and must not be used to unlawfully restrict your consumer rights.

15.4 Normal wear and tear, accidental damage after delivery, misuse, unsuitable care, unauthorised modification, or deterioration caused by using footwear for an activity for which it was not designed will not normally amount to a manufacturing defect, subject to applicable law.

15.5 Fit discomfort caused solely by personal foot shape or a correctly supplied size being unsuitable will not normally amount to a defect if the footwear is otherwise as described. This does not affect any applicable cancellation or return right.

15.6 We will not deny a statutory remedy merely because the item was sourced, manufactured or fulfilled by a third-party supplier.

16. Returns and Refunds

16.1 FullCart Ltd does not offer voluntary refunds for change of mind and does not offer exchanges. Refunds or other remedies will only be provided where required by applicable law, including where a statutory cancellation right applies or where footwear is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed.

16.2 Do not return footwear to a manufacturer, supplier or any address shown on an incoming parcel unless FullCart Ltd specifically instructs you to do so. Contact support@fullcartltd.com before sending any item back so that we can provide the correct return instructions where a return is required.

16.3 Where footwear is alleged to be defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed, we may first ask for reasonable photographic or video evidence so that we can assess the issue. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions. Any evidence or authorisation process will not be used to prevent or delay a statutory remedy unlawfully.

16.4 Where you are legally responsible for return postage, you should use an appropriate postal service and retain proof of posting. Where FullCart Ltd is legally responsible for reasonable return costs, we will provide or reimburse an appropriate method as required by law.

16.5 Where you are legally entitled to a refund, it will be made without undue delay and within any period required by applicable law, normally to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

17. Exchanges

17.1 FullCart Ltd does not offer exchanges for size, colour, style or change of mind.

17.2 This no-exchange policy does not remove any statutory right you may have to a repair, replacement, price reduction, rejection or refund where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

18. Failed Delivery, Refused Parcels and Unclaimed Shipments

18.1 If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may attempt redelivery, leave the parcel at an authorised location or provide collection instructions, depending on local practice and your delivery instructions.

18.2 If a parcel is returned because an incorrect address was supplied, it was refused without a legal basis, or it was not collected, we may deduct or charge reasonable costs actually incurred where permitted by law.

18.3 This section does not limit statutory rights where the carrier failed to deliver properly, goods were damaged, or you validly exercised a cancellation or rejection right.

19. Care, Use and Wear

19.1 You should follow any care, cleaning, drying, waterproofing, storage or usage instructions supplied with the footwear.

19.2 Unless expressly sold for a particular activity, you should not assume fashion footwear is suitable for specialist use such as running, hiking, industrial work, motorcycling, protective work, competitive sport or medical/orthopaedic purposes.

19.3 Water-resistant does not necessarily mean waterproof. Slip-resistant or non-slip descriptions, where used, do not guarantee that slipping is impossible in every environment.

19.4 Failure to follow reasonable care instructions may affect the condition and lifespan of footwear but does not remove rights relating to defects that existed at the relevant legal time.

20. Product Safety and Recalls

20.1 You should follow all safety warnings, age restrictions and intended-use information supplied with footwear or accessories.

20.2 If we become aware of a material product-safety issue or recall affecting an item you purchased, we may contact you using the contact details associated with your order and provide instructions.

20.3 Do not continue using a product where we or a competent authority instruct you to stop because of a safety concern.

21. Promotions, Discount Codes and Gift Offers

21.1 Promotions may be subject to additional terms displayed with the promotion.

21.2 Unless stated otherwise, discount codes have no cash value, may expire, may apply only to selected footwear, sizes, customers or territories and may not be combined with other offers.

21.3 We may withdraw or refuse a promotion where it is used fraudulently, contrary to its stated conditions, or as the result of an obvious technical error, provided this is fair and lawful.

22. Reviews and User-Generated Content

22.1 If you submit a review, photograph, fit comment or other content, you confirm that it is genuine and reflects your experience where presented as a customer review.

22.2 You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, fraudulent or malicious content, or personal information about another person without a lawful basis.

22.3 You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display and reasonably adapt content you submit for operating, promoting and improving our business, subject to applicable law.

22.4 We will not knowingly present fake reviews as genuine and may take reasonable steps to identify and prevent fake or misleading reviews.

23. Intellectual Property and Brand References

23.1 The Website and its content, including text, layout, graphics, FullCart branding, photographs, video and software, are owned by or licensed to FullCart Ltd and may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

23.2 Third-party brand names, logos and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not necessarily imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.

23.3 We do not authorise the sale of counterfeit goods. If a product listing identifies a third-party brand, the product must be sourced and represented consistently with applicable intellectual-property and consumer law.

24. Third-Party Services and Links

24.1 The Website may contain links to third-party websites or use services supplied by payment processors, review providers, analytics providers and carriers.

24.2 Third-party websites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control, except where applicable law makes us responsible.

25. Website Availability and Security

25.1 We aim to keep the Website available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

25.2 We may temporarily suspend or restrict the Website for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.

26. Our Liability

26.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

26.2 If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was obvious that it would happen or both parties knew it might happen when the contract was formed.

26.3 We are not responsible for losses not caused by our breach, losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or business losses suffered by a consumer where the purchase was made wholly or mainly for personal use, to the extent permitted by law.

26.4 We are not relieved of responsibility merely because a supplier, manufacturer, fulfilment centre or carrier was involved. Our responsibility remains subject to the law applying to us as seller.

27. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

27.1 We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, widespread transport interruption, government action, customs closures, major telecommunications failure or similar events.

27.2 We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and resume performance when reasonably possible. Any statutory rights arising from substantial delay remain unaffected.

28. Privacy and Cookies

28.1 Our collection and use of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy published on our Website.

28.2 Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in the cookie notice or Cookie Policy published on our Website.

28.3 Where international fulfilment requires us to share delivery details with suppliers, warehouses, carriers or customs providers, this will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law and our Privacy Policy.

29. Sanctions, Export Controls and Restricted Destinations

29.1 We may refuse or cancel an order where supplying, shipping, paying for or receiving a product would breach sanctions, export controls, import restrictions or other applicable law.

29.2 You must not use the Website or purchase products in a way that would cause us or our service providers to breach applicable sanctions or trade restrictions.

30. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

30.1 If you have a complaint, contact support@fullcartltd.com with your name, order number and a clear description of the issue. We will aim to respond within a reasonable period.

30.2 We encourage customers to contact us first so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue directly.

30.3 Where a legally required or recognised alternative dispute-resolution process applies, we will provide information about it when required. Nothing prevents you from exercising a right to bring proceedings in a court or tribunal where applicable law permits.

31. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

31.1 These Terms and contracts between you and FullCart Ltd are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except to the extent that mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you protections that cannot lawfully be excluded by a choice-of-law clause.

31.2 If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you may generally bring proceedings in the courts applicable to the part of the United Kingdom in which you live, subject to applicable law.

31.3 If you are a consumer outside the United Kingdom, this clause does not deprive you of any mandatory right to bring proceedings in another court or forum that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

31.4 If you are purchasing wholly for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless we agree otherwise in writing, subject to mandatory law.

32. General Provisions

32.1 Severability. If any provision is found unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

32.2 No waiver. If we delay or fail to enforce a right, this does not automatically waive that right.

32.3 Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under an order without our consent where this would materially affect us. We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a business reorganisation or transfer provided this does not reduce your statutory rights.

32.4 Third-party rights. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a person who is not a party to a contract between you and us does not have a right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce its terms, without affecting rights that exist independently of that Act.

32.5 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

33. Contact Information

33.1 Questions about these Terms, orders, sizing, returns or complaints can be sent to support@fullcartltd.com.

33.2 For customer-service matters, please contact us by email at support@fullcartltd.com.

33.3 Please include your order number where relevant.

34. Consumer Rights

34.1 Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law applying to your purchase.

34.2 For UK online consumer sales, statutory cancellation rights may apply even where an item is not defective. Those rights are separate from FullCart Ltd’s policy of not offering voluntary refunds or exchanges beyond what the law requires.
